Swansea City
Swanspee
Formed in 1920, Swanspee are considered the biggest team in West Glamourgran, and more importantly, as good a point as any to get off the M4.
Midway between the major Welsh cities of Llllloooni and Port Bigbot, the football team had reached the top division of the Mother Country just once, then went straight down the iron ore pan.
The quaint old Bitch Feeled stadium, with it’s old terraces and even older pies, was a throwback to a bygone age where men were men, even Welshmen.
Now ensconced in the Gibberty Stadium, regarded as a superb example of architecture rivalled only by Cardiff of course.
Nicknamed the Jocks after a Scottish Terrier that tried to swim for the civilisation of Devon, the Jocks have under-achieved until now, with games against the Mighty Shrimpers marred by gratuitous outbreaks of friendliness.
Reaching the Premier League, Swanspee enjoyed seeing off Cardiff in 2014 and were the first club in the Premier League to be managed by a Monk.
2018 saw Swanspee relegated to the Championship and are now managed by Harry Potter.
